On April 18, China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology Group (The group) held the 2022 Annual Meeting of Law Construction and Compliance Management. Xie Huasheng, chairman of the company, Xiong Yunlong, general manager and other members of the leading group, heads of some functional departments, casting and research technology company and legal compliance related personnel attended the meeting by video.
The achievements of the group’s law construction and compliance management in 2021 were comprehensively summarized, and the key tasks of law construction and compliance management in 2022 were deployed. The risk control department of the group has deployed and publicized the implementation plans of the group’s “compliance management strengthening year” and law construction during the 14th five year period. CNCA and the Institute of mechanical and electrical engineering conducted reports and exchanges on the work of law construction. Chairman Wang Decheng of the group made a concluding speech, requiring enterprises at all levels to enhance their sense of mission, responsibility and urgency, and highlight the important role of law construction and compliance management in standardaizing operation and management, preventing and resolving risks and promoting the high-quality development of enterprises.
After the meeting, chairman Xie Huasheng pointed out that legal compliance is a necessary way for high-quality development of enterprises. We should seriously study the spirit of this meeting, implement the group’s strategic deployment of “compliance management strengthening year” and law construction during the 14th five year period.
We should improve the level of compliance management, highlight the compliance risk control in key areas, and especially improve the effectiveness of compliance management in the fields of infrastructure technological transformation, bidding management, personnel management and so on.
