We established China's first material and process research and production base of titanium alloycastinas in 1965, which has developed into China's largest research and production base for tita.ium allov castings in China.The R&D and productior base covers an area of 20.000 m> and isquipped with the largest melting and casting furnace in Asia with a melting capacity of ove2,500 kg. The base is capable of developing titanium alloy castings with a maximum size of ncless than 3,000 mm and a maximum single weiaht of no less than 2,500 kg. The base is alsceauipped with well-established mechanical, digital, and intelligent production lines for the graphite mold precision casting and investment casting of titanium alloy, with an annual production ca.pacity of 1,000 tons of premium titanium alloy castings.
For years, we have been supplying a wide range of high-end and state-of-the-art titanium alloycastings for China's aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, and other industries. Additionally, weexport pumps and valves to countries including Canada, the United States, Germany, South Korea,and Slovenia.
