The 2021 International Forum On Molding Materials And Technology Of World Foundry Organization Organized By Shenyang Research Institute Of Foundry Was Successfully Held in Shenyang.

Sponsored by the World Foundry Organization (WFO) and co sponsored by Shenyang Zhongzhu Productivity Promotion Center, the modeling materials Committee of the World Foundry organization and the casting branch of China Society of mechanical engineering, the "2021 International Forum on modeling materials and processes of the World Foundry Organization" was successfully held in Shenyang NATO International Hotel from October 21^st to 22^nd. In his speech, he said that from carbon peak to carbon neutralization, compared with the new requirements of green environmental protection in the "new era", the "green casting" not only requires enterprises to rectify backward processes and equipment, increase the treatment of "water gas acoustic slag dust", but also pay attention to the development and application of green casting raw and auxiliary materials. Green low-carbon molding materials are not only an important guarantee for the sustainable development of foundry industry in the future, but also a necessary condition for accelerating the transformation to sustainable casting and promoting industrial prosperity. The development of green and low-carbon molding materials depends on basic research and innovative technology development.
