The production base of special steel castings, covering 8000㎡, is equipped with 1 set of 5t arc furnace, 2 sets of medium-frequency induction furnace with the capacity of 3t and 5t respectively, 1 set of 15t AOD furnace, several sets of automatic sand mixers and heat treatment furnaces, 3D laser measuring instruments and modern chemical analysis instruments. The annual output of this production base reaches 4000 tons.
