A: We have testing department to ensure every product is as required. We have spectrometer in house to monitor the chemical property, tensile test machine to control the mechanical property and MT, PT, RT, UT as NDT checking method to detect any potential defects under the surface of castings.
Q: What is the quality control before shipping?
A: Quality control is performed throughout the whole manufacturing process: raw material inspection, process design control, semi-finished product inspection before machining, finished products inspection before packing, and customer onsite witness as required are all available here at SRIF.
Q: Do you do the surface treatment?
A: Yes, we can carry out surface treatments as required.
Q: How long will you provide your quotation?
