The production base of aluminum alloy castings covers an area of 7000㎡, and is equipped with the largest solution heat treatment furnace in Asia (inner dimension 4.5×3×4m), four 3.5t electric resistance furnaces, five 0.5t~3.5t casting machines with adjustable pressure, and one 1000t squeezing casting machine.
The maximal outline of our castings is 5m, and the maximum pouring weight 8t. The dimensional accuracy of our large premium castings has reached class 6-8, and the interior quality has reached first class of HB5480.
