Ti Alloy Valve

This is a titanium alloy valve cast for a ship building company. The outer dimension of the casting is 910 mm× 255 mm× 255 mm, and the wall thickness of the valve is 6mm. The valve is made from ZTC4 titanium alloy which features high corrosion resistance and anti-erosion properties in the ocean, thus becomes an ideal material for structural parts in marine transportation and relevant applications. Titanium alloy is being used in the pipe system components on more and more vessels. 

In order to realize the complex shape and cavity structure of the valve, CNC machined graphite mold, vacuum melting furnace, and centrifugal casting processes are employed to manufacture this quality titanium alloy valve.
