Under the condition of maintaining a good structure, the wall thickness of magnesium products can be less than 0.6mm, which is impossible for plastic products under the same strength.
Compared with aluminum, the Mg Alloy Casting has a lower heat capacity, which means it can solidify faster in the mold. Plus, the productivity is 40% ~ 50% higher than that of aluminum die-casting, and the highest can reach twice that of die-casting aluminum. It allows higher cutting speeds and shortens the cutting processing time.
